Hydraulic Fluid Release, West Delta 117, LA

On 18NOV, USCG MSU Morgan City contact NOAA SSC about a release of hydraulic fluid. During a P&A operations, Wild Well Containment reported 40 gl of "green-biodegradable" hydraulic fluid was release at depth (~ 200 ft). The is a sheen reported at the surface of 1,300 ft by 1,300 ft. USCG is requesting a trajectory and fate analysis.
